Tea Tree Creative Samples

To the left is a mock-up of a cinema advertisement that I made for my integrated marketing and communications class in the spring semester of 2025. The purpose of this project was to create examples of what various promotional materials might look like for our assigned companies. I was assigned the company, The Tea Tree, a small tea and oil shop in Batavia, Illinois.

To make this design, I tried to create something along the lines of a “please silence your cell phone” style ad that you would see before a film at the theater. Furthermore, I based the graphics on the Emagine theater’s designs, as I found it commonplace that cinemas create their own template for these sponsored segments. I chose the Emagine theater chain, as there is one in Batavia where The Tea Tree is located.

To make this design, I tried to keep their pre-established aesthetic and brand image in mind by basing the design on material made by the company through their website and social media. Of the three designs that I made, I think I did this one the best in these aspects.

This would be the cover of a menu catalog that would be sent via the mail, displaying different products and prices from The Tea Tree. To make this design, I tried to capture the pre-established aesthetic and brand image of The Tea Tree, as shown on their website and social media posts.
